Welcome to the University of Twente Shop

The University of Twente Shop is operated by UniGear. UniGear is a specialist in sustainable merchandise for educational institutions in the Netherlands and Belgium.

How does it work?

In this webshop you will find a basic range of clothing and gifts from University of Twente. These gifts are delivered from stock. The products in this webshop are delivered within 48 hours to the address indicated by you or during the next weekly delivery at the university campus. A selection of the products from this webshop is also for sale at the Boederij, Boederijweg 10 Enschede (limited assortment and stock only). On every product page in the webshop you can see whether the product is also sold at the Boerderij. Please contact Team Traffic for more information on available stock.

Orders for personal use delivered at home or free of charge at the university campus

You can purchase the products in the webshop for personal use (as a student or consumer). In the checkout you choose the desired payment method. Delivery can be done at your (home) address or free of charge at the university campus.

If you work on campus, please enter your building and room number and the mailroom will forward it to you internally as a service.

If you are a student, you can collect your order free of charge at M&C Team Traffic (Spiegel, building nr 2 - Room P003, Drienerlolaan 5, 7522 NB Enschede). You will receive an e-mail from Traffic when your order is ready for pick up.

Orders for employees of University of Twente

University of Twente employees can order merchandise via the University of Twente purchasing program Proactis (internal payment). This is only possible with deliveries to an address of University of Twente.

Customization

For orders in large quantities or outside of the basic assortment, you can contact us at sales@unigear.nl or via phone at +31 (0)85 08 05 815. You can also visit our custom made website for inspiration and a cost estimate request. In addition to our standard range of the University of Twente Shop, you can also choose from one of the other 3000 items from our extensive custom made website. These unprinted promotional items and business gifts are custom-made by us with the desired logo. For a custom request, please take into account a longer delivery time than if you order a product from the core range. You can request a quote without obligation. Custom made request will always be checked with Traffic department of University of Twente for approval.
